Redo Luxury is an Indiana-based online retailer specializing in authentic pre-owned designer handbags, vintage bags, small leather goods, accessories, apparel and shoes.

Redo Luxury began with a dream, a lot of research, and five designer bags.

A designer bag of her own

Kimmie had always dreamed of owning a designer bag. When she finally went to buy her first, the price of a brand-new bag stopped her in her tracks. She loved the idea of owning a piece of luxury, but paying full retail didn’t feel right.

So she went into research mode, determined to find the best deals on pre-owned designer bags. There were beautiful pieces out there, but one question kept coming up: Who could she trust?

She knew she couldn’t be the only person feeling that way. There needed to be an option that put trust first—a place where people could find a designer bag they loved and feel confident about what they were buying.

Five bags. Sold in minutes.

Kimmie bought five bags and had them authenticated. What started as research became an obsession with authentication: learning the details, asking questions, and making sure every piece sold was authentic.

She built a website, listed those first five bags, and they sold in minutes.

Five bags became 50. Then 500. Now, more than 50,000 bags have been sold over the last six years. That first dream grew into Redo Luxury.

A family behind every find

Today, Matt and Kimmie work hand in hand building Redo Luxury full time while raising three little boys. Between finding inventory, checking every piece, going live, packing orders, and family life, the days are busy—but worth it.

The reason behind Redo hasn’t changed: helping more people experience a piece of luxury, with the trust Kimmie wanted when she was shopping for her very first bag.
