DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders to a United States address via USPS. Each package will have tracking and insurance of the valuation of the item.
TIME FRAME
Most items ship right away, but please allow up to 5 business days before reaching out via Instagram or other social media. *with current shipping delays and transportation issues it maybe be longer for shipping
Returns:
Due to the nature of our items being second-hand, all sales are final. Please review photos and description thoroughly before purchasing. Redo Luxury do guarantee Authenticity 100% and will always offer a refund if bag is proven not authentic via a trusted 3rd party site (we’ve never had this issue before fyi).
Exchanges:
While we do not offer returns for refund we do offer exchanges. If your premium bag is in the same condition as it was shipped in with tags still attached you may ship it back and choose a new item. Please make your exchange decision within 2 days of receiving the item. You do not have to use your exchange credit right away, there is no time limit on the credit. Please keep in mind your credit will be for the cost of your item minus the original cost of shipping that we paid.
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the extremely quick turnover and high demand of our products we have a strict cancellation policy for store credit only. There are no exceptions.
