Domestic Shipments
We ship all orders to a United States address via USPS. Each package will include tracking and insurance for the full valuation of the item.
Time Frame
Most items ship right away, but please allow up to 5 business days before reaching out via Instagram or other social media. *With current shipping delays and transportation issues , shipping may take longer.
Returns
Due to the nature of our items being second-hand, all sales are final. Please review photos and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Redo Luxury guarantees 100% authenticity and will offer a refund if a bag is proven not authentic via a trusted 3rd party site (we’ve never had this issue before).
Exchanges
While we do not offer returns for refunds, we do offer exchanges. If your premium bag is in the same condition as shipped (with tags still attached), you may return it and choose a new item. If the item has some additional use or is past the return window, we can offer up to 80% of the purchase amount for an exchange. Please make your exchange decision within 2 days of receiving the item. There is no time limit on when you can use your exchange credit.
Cancellations
Due to the quick turnover and high demand of our products, we have a strict cancellation policy for store credit only — no exceptions.

If you would like a bag authenticated prior to purchase, we recommend Pro Authenticators on Facebook. Feel free to use the photos on our site, and if you need additional photos, please contact us on Instagram and we will be happy to provide them.
